DBS Certificates
Once you’ve signed up, you might be asked to undergo a DBS check and provide a DBS certificate before an agent can put you forward for or before you can start certain jobs. Follow these guidelines to add a DBS certificate to your profile.
Tips for Uploading a DBS Certificate
Acceptable Documents
A screenshot, photo or scan of a physical basic or advanced DBS certificate
A screenshot, photo or scan of a physical Disclosure Scotland/PVG certificate
A screenshot of your DBS status from their online service
A screenshot of your Disclosure Scotland status from their online service
Uploading Guidelines
Please ensure the following information is clearly visible in your upload:
Certificate number
Issue date
Full name
Date of birth
Conviction history
How to Upload a DBS Certificate
Step 1
In the ID Documents section of your profile, scroll down to the DBS certificate section and upload a photo or scan of your certificate.
Step 2
Enter your certificate date and number in the relevant fields. If registered with the Update Service, select Yes from the dropdown.
Step 3
Once approved, this field will lock until your certificate expires (if registered with the Update Service, your profile will update automatically).
If you wish to provide an updated DBS certificate but your current DBS slot is locked, please upload your new certificate to the secondary DBS slot for review.
